Scheduled Maintenance
Implementing PgBouncer (May 22, 2024) May 22, 2024 14:00-18:00 CEST
We want to inform you that our production systems will undergo scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 2:00 PM UTC+2 (Central European Summer Time).

During this maintenance window, you may experience slower response time.

What's Happening?

During this maintenance, we will be implementing PgBouncer, a lightweight connection pooling solution for PostgreSQL databases. This enhancement aims to improve the overall performance and reliability of our database systems, leading to a better user experience for you.

Why During Business Hours?

We have scheduled this maintenance during business hours to ensure that our engineering team is available to closely monitor the process and address any potential issues promptly. While we aim to minimize disruptions, performing this critical update during active hours allows us to respond quickly and prioritize a smooth transition.

What to Expect:

The maintenance window is expected to last approximately 1 hour, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM UTC+2.
During this period, you may experience slower response times as we transition to the new database configuration.

We apologize for any inconvenience this scheduled maintenance may cause, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our infrastructure and deliver a better service to you.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
Thank you for your continued support and patience.

Identified - Note: This only affects users on the Uniqkey 2.0 platform.

Users might experience sporadic issues with receiving "approve/deny login" prompts, pairing to the browser extension, and viewing their passwords in the Uniqkey mobile app.

This can be resolved by logging out of the mobile app, and logging back in - important: the master password is required to login again. You can view this by opening the "my storage" tab in the mobile app and searching for "master password". To reveal the password, select the account and then press the eye-icon.

We have identified the cause and are currently working on resolving the issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you need further assistance or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at email support@uniqkey.eu or phone +45 88 74 29 29.
